Return and Refund Requirements:
Unused, Unworn: Items must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your watch is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, you may return it for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Delivery or Address Issues: If your item was not delivered to your specified address, or the courier is unable to locate it, you must contact the courier directly. Refunds will not be processed if the issue is not resolved promptly.

Unboxing Video: To facilitate refunds in the event of a defect, we strongly recommend that you film the unboxing process. 

Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Process:
Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date if you wish to return your purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
