How does our team process your order?
After placing your order, you'll be taken through the following process from start to finish:
Order Confirmation and Payment Details:
We'll contact you immediately via WhatsApp with all payment details, based on your selected payment method. This ensures a secure payment.
Quality Control Inspection:
After receiving your payment, our team will conduct a comprehensive, chronological inspection of your selected watch within the next 3-5 business days. Because we take quality very seriously, we'll send you a detailed quality control video of your watch for your review.
Shipping:
If you're completely satisfied with the quality control inspection, we'll proceed with shipping. We offer global express delivery services through trusted carriers such as GLS, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Please note that the estimated shipping time is 12-16 business days from the date of shipment.

Will l Have to Pay Additional Custom Fees?

In the Unlikely Event:
Although it’s highly unlikely given our proven process, if your order is ever subject to additional customs fees or is held by customs, we’ve got you covered. We will either:

Issue a full refund for any customs charges incurred, or
Re-ship your order at our expense.
